Casual, fine dining spot coming to Brenners Park Hotel in Germany

|

The Oetker Collection's Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa in Baden-Baden, Germany, is set to open a dining venue this fall in collaboration with Swiss chef Nenan Mlinarevic, formerly of the two-Michelin-star Park Hotel Vitznau.

The restaurant and bar are being created by London-based hospitality consultancy Gorgeous Group and designer Robert Angeli, whose work includes the Berkeley's Blue Bar and the Savoy's American Bar.

The design will feature elements of 1920s style, with a refined but informal atmosphere.

The casual, fine-dining menu will feature seasonal small plates and specialties from the grill as well as an extensive wine list, craft beer, specialty barrel-aged cocktails and a curated selection of locally made vermouths and liquors.
