The Kalesma hotel is poised to open on the Greek island of Mykonos on June 1.
The hotel, which features 25 suites and two villas, is located on a hilltop above Ornos Bay, just under 2 miles from Mykonos town.
Spread across 5 acres among 20,000 plants, each of the 680-square-foot suites can accommodate up to three adults or two adults and two children and features a 970-square-foot private patio with unobstructed views and a personal, heated pool.
Each 2,600-squre-foot villa features an open-plan living room with a separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a prestocked refrigerator, a wine fridge and the services of a private chef upon request.
Other hotel amenities will include Pere Ubu restaurant with 360-degree views, an on-site brick-oven bakery, a private gym and 24/7 butler service as well as the services of a concierge and a personal shopper and access to yacht charter excursions.
Guests can book in-room spa treatments, and a full spa will open in 2021.
The property was designed by Athens-based K-Studio, the architect behind the new Mykonos Airport (set to open in 2021).
Rates begin at about $1,350 a night for suites and just under $4,000 a night for villas.
For its inaugural season, the Kalesma hotel will be open from June through October; in subsequent years, it will be open from April through October.
