Le Bristol Paris unveiled the latest of its Les Ateliers du Bristol workshops on property, a cheese aging cellar.

The fromagerie is the shared invention of both Le Bristol's three-Michelin-starred chef Eric Frechon and award-winning cheesemaker Marie-Anne Cantin.

The atelier features an aging cellar where a seasonal selection of cheeses, some of which are prepared in Le Bristol's own kitchen.

The new atelier comes on the heels of the on-site bakery, using freshly milled heritage wheats; the chocolate factory, featuring handmade confections; and the wine cellar.

The property features 190 rooms and 100 suites and is located in Rue du Faubourg Saint Honore in the city's posh shopping district.

Correction: The property features 190 rooms in total, with 100 suites; an incorrect count appeared in an earlier version of this article.
