Aparthotel brand Locke will add two new properties in Germany in 2022.
WunderLocke Sendling, Munich, set to open in May, will feature 360 studio apartments, a large co-working area, meetings and event spaces, a workout studio and an outdoor heated swimming pool. Other amenities include four food and drink outlets, including farm-to-table restaurant Mural Farmhouse and a rooftop cocktail bar with views of the Bavarian Alps. The property will also offer several suites with roof terraces and large dining areas that can host dinner parties and business meetings.

Locke at East Side Gallery in Berlin, set to open in July, will be located in the city's trendy Friedrichshain district. The property will comprise 176 studio apartments equipped with kitchenettes and living areas, most with access to a private balcony with either river or skyline views. The property will also feature a bar and restaurant, a complimentary co-working area for guests and locals, a coffee shop, flexible meetings and event space that includes a rooftop terrace and a 24-hour gym on the eighth floor.
