The property will be located on a prominent corner of Marylebone's Portman Square and will feature a new, signature Nobu Restaurant and Bar as well as an outdoor terrace, a 600-person ballroom, a gym, wellness facilities and meetings spaces.

The new restaurant will replace the Nobu Berkeley Street, which will close next month.
