Mondrian, a brand within the Accor group, is poised to open the Mondrian Shoreditch London in July after an extensive renovation and redesign by London interior design studio Goddard Littlefair.
The 120-room property -- including 13 suites -- is owned by British-based Reuben Brothers, a real estate investment and development firm.
Located in Shoreditch, a cultural district in East London, hotel amenities will include artistic pop-ups and live performances in the Screening Room, a private room and bar, as well as a co-working space and a rooftop pool and lounge.
Eateries, overseen by chef Dani Garcia, will include BIBO, a Spanish kitchen serving tapas; Christina’s Shoreditch, an all-day cafe and cocktail bar; and Altitude Rooftop for breakfast.
The property, which will also offer a private members club called the Curtain, will collaborate with local personalities and brands to highlight the neighborhood.
Nightly rates at the Mondrian Shoreditch London start from about $500, including VAT and breakfast.
