The Grand Wailea on Maui will hold Fire It Up!, a star-studded barbecue festival July 19-21.

The event will include pitmasters and grill gurus, winemakers, master distillers and culinary celebrities. The focus will be on local meats and seafood, all prepared with fire and paired with beer, wine and cocktails.

The two main events of the weekend are the "Sea to Fire" gathering on Friday evening, highlighting the island's ocean bounty, and, on Saturday, the "Fire it Up! BBQ of the Pacific," including barbecue masters from around the country pairing their meats with bourbon and live entertainment.

Confirmed guests include brothers Michael and Bryan Voltaggio of "Top Chef," restaurateur Jonathan Waxman, and award-winning Hawaiian chef Ed Kenney.
