Work is underway on a $55.4 million redevelopment and rebranding project at the Hawaii Prince Hotel Waikiki & Golf Club, which will include renovating all 563 of the property's guestrooms.

Upgrades will also include new dining outlets, an overhaul in the lobby and meeting spaces, a new infinity pool, and a new name: the Prince Waikiki. Hotel officials expect work to wrap up in the spring.

Prince Resorts Hawaii also owns and operates the 252-room Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and the neighboring Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel & Golf Course on Hawaii Island.
