Lois ShoreHawaii carrier Island Air named Lois Shore its new chief marketing officer.

Shore spent the past seven years working for Honolulu-based Outrigger Enterprises Group, serving most recently as the hotel management company’s vice president of distribution and marketing services.

“I am delighted to have Lois as a critical member of our executive team,” Island Air’s CEO, Paul Casey, said in a statement. “With three decades of leadership experience in travel marketing and distribution, Lois is just the right person to help us revitalize and grow the Island Air brand as we add aircraft and expand service.”

Responsible for all of Island Air’s sales, marketing, planning and distribution functions, Shore will report directly to Casey, a former president and CEO of Hawaiian Airlines.

Oracle founder and CEO Larry Ellison, who purchased 98% of the island of Lanai last summer, acquired Island Air in February.
