Tickets are now on sale for the second edition of the Apapaxoa GastroCultural Festival, taking place Aug. 26-31 at Xcaret on Mexico's Riviera Maya. The six-day event will feature more than 50 chefs, artists, writers and musicians celebrating Mexican culture through food, art and discussion.

This year's program includes special dinners, workshops, forums and performances designed to explore the intersection of cuisine and culture. A highlight will be a tribute dinner honoring Mexican chef Enrique Olvera and prepared by several of his former proteges.

Among the confirmed participants are Michelin-starred chefs such as Mitsuharu Tsumura, Angel Leon, and Santiago Lastra, as well as cultural figures like author Laura Esquivel and Colombian band Monsieur Perine.

The festival will also spotlight the Xcaret Hotels Gastronomic Collective, made up of 17 chefs from across Mexico, who will host collaborative dinners and tastings throughout the week.
