Just about a year after its grand debut, the all-inclusive Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos has made its premier residence available for bookings.

The Royale Residence, previously a private residence, has now come online as a bookable option for any traveler. The ultra-exclusive home-away-from-home is packed with amenities, giving guests the private home feel with all the perks of the resort.

The beachfront two-level residence spans a massive 18,428 square feet, which can sleep up to 12 adults comfortably. Inside guests will find an elegant and chic vibe, with plenty of black, white, and gray marble, long, flowing curtains, white and wood accents -- all of which contrasts nicely with the eye-popping blues of the sea and private pool.

There are four oceanfront bedrooms: two with king beds and two with two double beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with soaking tub, rain shower, Ferragamo amenities, and more. Other indoor amenities include a private fitness center -- ask about private yoga classes -- and a movie theater that can seat up to eight guests. A home office and living room are also included, and the living room opens up to the outdoor terrace, which has views over the Sea of Cortes.

A kitchen is fully equipped and guests can arrange for a private chef. The dining room sits up to 16 comfortably, and guests of the Residence have day passes included in their stay, so it's entirely possible to invite friends for a lavish meal or party. As if that weren't enough, the residence has its own private spa treatment room, where guests can enjoy a complimentary massage and facial.

Outside, the digs are equally posh, with a 1,400-square-foot infinity pool. Next to the pool there is a sun deck with 360-degree views. An outdoor dining table and daybeds make it one of the best spots on property to while away an entire afternoon.

Looking for more perks? A private vehicle is on hand for guests who want to get out and explore. Also included are welcome bottles of tequila and access to a wine cellar with a wide selection of wines, in addition to liquor dispensers with an upgraded selection of rum, whiskey and vodka. Minibars are stocked daily, and in-room snacks include nightly petit fours.

Rates for the Royale Residence begin at $20,000 per night.
