Desire Riviera Maya Pearl Resort has opened Suki, its new Asian restaurant.
The menu spans flavors from Thailand to Japan, with dishes such as ginger marinated salmon with Jasmine rice, sushi, and desserts that include coconut tapioca with lemongrass.
There is also a teppanyaki experience, which requires reservations. Suki is open nightly from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
