The Esperanza Resort in Cabo San Lucas, a member of the
Auberge Resorts Collection, will reopen on June 1.
The 57-room resort has been closed since last
fall, due to damage from Hurricane Odile.
The repairs and renovations include all
furnishings and decor in the guestrooms and suites. Double vanities and
showers built for two have been added in the bathrooms.
The Cocina del Mar restaurant will
feature a new ceviche bar and candle lanterns and
pendant lights that create a star pattern.
The Spa at Esperanza will have a new contemporary
relaxation lounge set under a large palapa and a new retail boutique that will
sell local art and accessories from various regions of Mexico.
Private cabanas and chaise lounges will be at the
pool terrace while palapa-style cabanas with day beds built for two will be at
resort's private beach.
Rates at Esperanza will start at $550 per room,
per night, double.
Auberge will debut VieVage Los Cabos next year, a
resort and residential community set on Chileno Bay on the tip of Baja
California Sur. VieVage Hotels & Resorts is a new lifestyle brand within
the Auberge Resorts Collection.
