Mexican hotel company Fiesta Americana’s Fiesta Americana Resort Collection has launched a travel agent portal (fiestamericanaresorts.com/TravelAgent) that features up-to-date information for all 12 of the resorts in its collection as well as exclusive agent promotions and incentives, news and resources.
In order to access real-time information, travel agents from the U.S. and Canada are provided with direct links to the resorts and the central reservations system. The portal is now live with four key sections, but the company plans to add components based on agents’ needs and recommendations.
The four sections are:
• The Resource Center, where agents can find digital images, e-brochures, fact sheets and e-newsletters.
• Travel Agent Learning Programs and Rates, which includes ongoing promotions as well as a destination and brand education programs. It is also where agents will find agent-only rates.
• The Spirit of Mexico Experience, where agents will have the opportunity to sign up for familiarization trips as well as request and confirm individual site inspections.
• Resorts, which provides direct booking links to all 12 properties.
The new portal will also provide the names, photos and contact information of each property's sales manager.
