G6 Hospitality, known for Motel 6 and Studio 6, has signed three franchise agreements with Latina Promohoteles to build three Hotel 6 properties in the cities of Queretaro, Leon and Irapuato. The new signings are part of the company's efforts to bring its brands to Mexico.
With an estimated investment of $3 million per location, these new properties will feature elements of the company's style. Once completed the locations will have modern rooms with areas for social gatherings, as well as amenities like complimentary breakfast and internet, laundry facilities and parking.
The properties in Queretaro and Leon are targeted to open in 2017, while the location in Irapuato will be ready in 2018.
