The Grand Velas Riviera Maya has introduced carts that bring guacamole and ceviche preparation poolside.

From their pool chairs, guests can order ceviche with a choice of six types of seafood and a selection of tomato, onion, cilantro, and various condiments.

Guacamole lovers can opt for the traditional preparation or choose from variations including Caprese, made with avocado, tomato, mozzarella, basil, parmesan and pesto; Caribbean, made with avocado, pineapple, shredded coconut, strawberries, kiwi, mint and honey; and Poblano, made with avocado, poblano pepper, white onion and corn.
