Montage Los Cabos will host its first culinary festival this May, with several Michelin-star chefs from as far away as Singapore and as nearby as Mexico City participating.
The three-day Arte Culinaria festival, scheduled for May 22 to 25, will include dining experiences and proximity to award-winning chefs and cocktail artists. The lineup of chefs includes Daniela Soto-Innes of Rubra in Punta Mita, who was named the world's best female chief by U.K.-based The World's 50 Best in 2019; three-Michelin-starred chef Dominique Crenn of Atelier Crenn in San Francisco; two-Michelin-starred chef Jorge Vallejo of Quintonil in Mexico City; three-Michelin-starred chef Julien Royer of Odette in Singapore; Manu Buffara, named Latin America's best female chef by 50 Best in 2022; and two-Michelin-starred chef Richard Lee of Saison in San Francisco.
The cocktail program will include contributions from respected cocktail institutions, including Mexico City's Handshake Speakeasy, which was named No. 1 on The World's 50 Best Bars list in 2024; Tlecan, ranked No. 23 in 2025; Licoreria Limantour, ranked No. 52 in 2025; and Dominique Crenn's Bar Crenn.
Another feature of Arte Culinaria is Welcome to Baja, which will be hosted by chefs Cris Hanhausen of Momiji in Mexico City and Erick Bautista of NOL in Merida. The event will include cultural workshops, a luxury yacht excursion, beverage tastings and an evening beachside celebration.
