Marriott International is expanding in Mexico with the signing of three agreements for Aloft Hotels and Sheraton Hotels & Resorts properties in Guadalajara and a Delta Hotels & Resorts property in Puebla.

Located in the Providencia financial district, near mixed-use developments, restaurants and entertainment, the Aloft Guadalajara Country Club will join Aloft Hotels' current portfolio of six properties in the country and will be the brand's second property in Guadalajara. The hotel will have 142 guestrooms, a restaurant-bar and multiple options for groups and business travelers.

Guadalajara will also welcome the first hotel in the Sheraton Hotels & Resorts brand, and the fourth in Mexico, with the Sheraton Guadalajara Expo. It will have 216 guestrooms and the Mayahuel Spa, as well as several business centers and the Sheraton Club Lounge.

Delta Hotels & Resorts will open its second property in Mexico with the Delta Hotels Puebla Mexico. This 154-room hotel will have a location near the Puebla Finsa industrial district and the Tate's cultural and entertainment options. It will have a restaurant, bar and more than 5,000 square feet of event space.
