A star-studded cast was in attendance at the grand opening of Nobu Hotel Los Cabos on Nov. 13. Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro and Meir Teper, co-founders of Nobu Hospitality, celebrated the official launch with a party and signature sake ceremony.
Following the ribbon-cutting ceremony, guests gathered on the deck of the Nobu Restaurant for sake and a performance by Japanese taiko drummers. After breaking the lid of the sake barrel with wooden mallets, sake was passed to the guests for a grand toast, followed by samples from the Nobu menu and a fireworks display.
The 200-room resort features four pools, private cabanas, an Esencia Wellness Spa, Malibu Farm restaurant and access to the Diamante golf courses.
