Palace Resorts has teamed up with Runtriz to offer a new app experience for all eight of Palace Resorts’ oceanfront hotels.
Among the list of features available are directions and information for dining and amenities, AWE-Spa treatments, golf outings, offsite excursions and tours, as well as the ability to book and order these services.
The app events calendar helps users keep track of upcoming appointments, activities and entertainment.
A built-in messaging feature enables guests to connect to hotel staff and fellow guests, as well as engage on social media and TripAdvisor. The app will offer a mobile checkout.
The app is available in both English and Spanish on the iTunes App store and Google Play Store.
