Tafer Hotels & Resorts has debuted a property on the Riviera Maya: Palmar Beach Resort & Spa Riviera Maya. Following a multimillion-dollar renovation, the family-friendly property offers multibedroom suites, a spa and wellness center, resort activities, a kids' and teens' club, eight restaurants, plus the globally renowned Michelin-starred dining venue, Le Chique.
The Palmar Beach Resort offers 435 suites across 16 room types. These include multibedroom suites and swim-up suites with unobstructed ocean views, ideal for families and groups. Guests can unwind at any of the five outdoor pools including a kids' pool or choose activities like kayaking, yoga, cooking classes, archery, tennis, beach volleyball. Kids up to age 12 also stay for free.
Palmar Beach Resort has six bars and eight restaurants. Dining venues include Caprichos for international cuisine; Pintxos 32 for Spanish tapas; Daino for Italian food; brick-oven pizzas from Al Forno; La Casona for seafood and Caribbean cuisine; The Gourmet Burger Boutique for classic American bites; and Zama for Mexican cuisine.
The on-site Kaab Spa is housed in a 130,000-square-foot facility that has a hydrotherapy circuit with a steam room and sauna, relaxation lounge and 13 treatment suites.
