Melia
Hotels International’s luxury, all-inclusive brand, Paradisus Resorts, has
unveiled a new online look and logo, timed to the launch of the brand’s latest
campaign, “Where You Want to Be.”
Over
the course of the year, consumers will begin to see the refreshed Paradisus
brand across all social media platforms and marketing channels, along with
on-property collateral and a new look for the website. Other elements
surrounding the new look will be unveiled throughout the year and include new
partnerships with other similar brands and organizations.
Paradisus
already has properties in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and Punta Cana, but the
company will continue its next phase of development by entering markets
including Cabo San Lucas, Costa Rica, and other tropical regions.
The
unveiling of the Where You Want to Be Sunny campaign included a Be Sunny
Mobile, a moving van-size truck painted purple and bearing the Paradisus
branding. It debuted in New York from Feb. 12 to 14, inviting all to escape the cold and step into a beach setting, complete with sand, palm
trees and all the tropical trimmings. Those who visited the pop-up beach were
encouraged to share images on social media using the #BESUNNYMobile hashtag.
