Construction of Rancho San Lucas, an 834-acre luxury private resort community set to debut in winter 2017, is underway.
The first phase of development broke ground in January this year, and will include a luxury resort, a Greg Norman-designed 18-hole golf course and a Club House, plus single family residences, estate homes and condos.
The Solmar Group will be debuting two more properties at the Rancho San Lucas site: the Grand Solmar Rancho San Lucas Resort, Golf & Spa and the Residences at Rancho San Lucas. With 89 rooms in four buildings and lobby construction underway, the Grand Solmar at Rancho San Lucas will open in December 2017.
The resort's first phase will include 70 oceanfront suites in two buildings. Additionally, the Residences at Rancho San Lucas will also debut in late 2017 with 19 units.
