The Solmar Group said its two new properties in Los Cabos, Mexico will open in December as part of the 834-acre Rancho San Lucas oceanfront real estate and resort development.
Grand Solmar at Rancho San Lucas Resort and Grand Solmar the Residences at Rancho San Lucas will add to a collection of five existing properties on the site.
The Grand Solmar at Rancho San Lucas Resort, slated to open December 20, will be modeled after The Grand Solmar Land's End Resort & Spa in nearby Cabo San Lucas. The new property will feature designs representing "contemporary Baja lifestyle" and will include amenities such as full kitchens with marble counters, private terraces, separate seating areas and ceramic-tiled baths, some with ocean views.
The property will also have a salt water lagoon, a children's mini salt water park with slides and pools, a beauty salon and spa, fitness center, two story fine dining restaurant, mini market and infinity edge pools with swim-up bars.
Guests of Grand Solmar at Rancho San Lucas will have access to the Residences at Rancho San Lucas resort, which will offer two, three and four-bedroom penthouse style suites targeted to families and groups. The Residences will have a private beach and cabanas, an outdoor infinity pool, swim-up bar and a holistic spa.
Guests of both resorts will also have access to the offerings of the Rancho San Lucas community including a Greg Norman 18-hole golf course scheduled to open in spring 2018, a Mexican-style shopping village, tennis courts, hiking and biking trails.
