The AC Hotel Fort Lauderdale Beach has pushed back its opening date to Dec. 17.
The property had previously announced a Nov. 17 opening date.
The 171-room hotel at 3029 Alhambra St., just off State Road A1A, will have a fourth floor pool deck with expansive views of the ocean. Balcony rooms overlook either the ocean or the Intracoastal Waterway.
The Marriott-owned AC brand features "purposefully designed signature spaces," such as the AC Lounge where guests can "collaborate in style" while sipping cocktails and eating tapas, or the AC Kitchen, where they can get "a European-inspired breakfast," a Marriott description says.
The Fort Lauderdale outlet said it plans commissions of 10% for travel agents and 7% for group planners.
