After a year without its popular Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando has announced a new offering coming this August: Disney After Hours Boo Bash.
The Halloween-themed event will enable ticket-holders to stay in the Magic Kingdom after it closes to other guests from either 9 p.m. to midnight, or, on certain days, 9:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Guests who hold tickets to the event, being held on select nights from Aug. 10 to Oct. 31, can enter the park as early as 7 p.m. without a day park ticket or a theme park reservation.
The event will feature Halloween-themed cavalcades, character sightings, special performances, candy and more. Guests can dress in costumes.
Disney's increased health and safety protocols, including mandatory face coverings, will be enforced.
Tickets will go on sale in June. Pricing will be announced then.
