Bobby Flay and Caesars Entertainment will soon expand the acclaimed chef's fast-casual brand, Bobby's Burgers, to Harrah's Las Vegas and Paris Las Vegas.

Flay, who opened Bobby's Burgers in Caesars Palace in May, introduced Amalfi at the same resort in June.

Menus at the two new locations will feature Flay's original recipes, including signature burgers, fries with sauces and milkshakes. Crunchburger is topped with bacon, American cheese and potato chips. Bobby's Veggie Burger has barbecue mushrooms, chickpeas, quinoa, lettuce and tomato.

The Harrah's location, expected to open in the Fulton Street Food Hall in December, will also offer breakfast options. Bobby's Burgers at Paris Las Vegas, anticipated to open in March, will be in the Le Boulevard area, adjacent to the soon-to-open Nobu Restaurant & Lounge.
