LAS VEGAS --
Celebrity chef Bobby Flay opened Mesa Grill at Caesars Palace, his
first restaurant outside New York.
The nearly

to dine there.
The restaurant,
which was designed by David Rockwell of the Rockwell Group,
includes a huge rotisserie that towers 20 feet above the dining
room and crowns a giant grill and quesadilla oven.
In addition to its
Southwestern fare, Mesa Grill's offerings include a tequila and
wine program.
