Downtown Hollywood welcomed its first new property in 40 years with the opening of the sleek Circ Hotel, a 12-story, 111-room boutique property. The hotel is located at the new Hollywood Circle mixed-use development in the heart of downtown.
Guests of the Circ Hotel can enjoy the on-site restaurant Olivia Restaurant & Bar, an authentic Italian eatery by South Florida restaurateurs Piero Filpi and Marcello Sindoni; Muse Rooftop Bar & Lounge on the hotel pool deck; Presto Coffee House; a state-of-the-art fitness center; and 3,000 square feet of flexible meetings space.
To mark its debut, the hotel is offering an introductory Summer@Circ package, good for stays through Sept. 1. Package rates start at $129 per night and include valet parking and a $25 gift card to the Publix market, located in the Hollywood Circle complex, for guests to create a park picnic.
Standard nightly rates at the Circ start at $97.
Just steps from downtown Hollywood's shopping, arts and dining areas, the Circ is directly across from ArtsPark at Young Circle, which contains an amphitheater, a fountain and 10 acres of urban green space. Hollywood's murals and street art are also becoming hot spots for guests looking for Instagrammable vacation moments.
