The Linq has a thing for heights. The casino and its sister shopping promenade are already home to the world's highest observation wheel (the High Roller, which measures a not measly 550-feet). This fall, they're adding FlyLinq, a zipline that will send riders soaring through the air over the retail district.
Scheduled to open Nov. 9, FlyLinq will be the Strip's only zipline, with 10 parallel cables capable of sending multiple riders at a time. Riders will launch from a height of 114 feet from a tower on the Strip side of the attraction, and, in either sitting or prone position, will zip 1,121 feet to the base of the High Roller.
Created by Xventure LV, the ride will cost $25 to $40 depending on your chosen position and time of day, with online specials currently offering discounted tickets for $20 to $35. And FlyLinq will stay open until 2 a.m., so the flight can be the capper on a memorable night out.
