Rideshare pickups at Harry Reid Airport just got glamorous. Maybe even Insta-worthy?
A reimagined rideshare pickup area at Terminal 1 has opened at the airport, with vibrant lighting, additional seating and even a neon selfie wall to greet visitors. Live music, DJs and other amenities will be scheduled on select dates.
The transformed zone is part of the broader "Welcome to Fabulous" brand campaign unveiled by the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority earlier this month.
Another installation, by the security checkpoint for the A and B gates in Terminal 1, features a version of the Vegas Vickie neon sign with a spot for guests to sit.
"By partnering with the LVCVA, we've created a space that's not just functional but also fun and welcoming," said Jim Chrisley, Clark County's new director of aviation. "We're proud to offer travelers a first impression that's as distinctive as the destination itself."
Glitz for Allegiant Stadium, too
There are also changes at Allegiant Stadium, home of the Las Vegas Raiders NFL team. The 70-foot-long tunnel from which players make their entrance to the field has been redesigned to show off the "Welcome to Fabulous" campaign.

Television cameras will capture the Fabulous Tunnel Walk when the Raiders and other athletes walk from their locker rooms to the field. The tunnel features a neon-inspired "Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas" sign, the Raiders logo, the team's traditional silver and black colors and other Vegas-inspired design elements.
"Developed in partnership with the Raiders, the Fabulous Tunnel Walk adds an extra layer of excitement not only to the Raiders' home games but also to the numerous championship games, international match-ups and marquee events at Allegiant Stadium, enhancing the already unmatched experience of being in and playing in Las Vegas," said Steve Hill, president and CEO of the LVCVA.
Fans can have their own Fabulous Tunnel Walk experience during Allegiant Stadium's Countdown to Kickoff Tours conducted on select Raiders' home game weekends.
