The two Marriott International properties that comprise Orlando's 1,582-room Grande Lakes resort complex will be up and running in time for Independence Day weekend: The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grand Lakes is scheduled to reopen July 1, following June 10's reopening of the JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes.
Facilities within the 500-acre Grande Lakes Orlando
development include three pools, 11 private lakes for fishing and the
Ritz-Carlton Golf Club. Some facilities will operate at reduced hours:
For example, the spa and salon will be open Thursdays through Sundays,
and the Ritz-Carlton's Highball and Harvest restaurant will be open for breakfast and dinner only.
The hotels are following cleanliness and safety guidelines set forth by the Marriott Global Cleanliness Council. New measures include use of single-serving condiments and recyclable, single-use menus at restaurants and heightened cleaning and sanitation throughout.
Grande Lakes is offering a Grande Escape package that includes a 15% room discount, $25 daily resort credit and complimentary parking.
