Chef David Chang and the team behind Majordomo Meat & Fish opened Moon Palace this month at the Venetian in Las Vegas.
Tastys, which are griddled patties topped with American cheese and caramelized onions served on two King's Hawaiian rolls, highlight the brief menu. The Beef Tasty blends brisket and short rib; the Not Beef Tasty is an Impossible patty made with no animal products or byproducts.
The menu includes Hot Chips, freshly fried potato chips seasoned with salt or honey butter; and Half Dips, two pillowy pancakes filled with marshmallow fluff and half-dipped in chocolate.
Fountain sodas, iced tea and beer are available.
Guests can take their food to go or grab one of 20 stools along a countertop with a view of the kitchen.
Hours are from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.
Chang's Majordomo Meat & Fish opened in December at the Palazzo. Founder of the Momofuku restaurant group, Chang created, produced and starred in Netflix series "Ugly Delicious" in 2018.
