French river cruise company CroisiEurope has acquired Compagnie Fluviale du Mekong (CFM), an operator of Mekong River cruises between Cambodia and Vietnam.

The acquired company’s name is now CFM by CroisiEurope.

CFM has four vessels that will continue to sail from August to April.

CroisiEurope has chartered one of the ships, the 48-passenger RV Indochine, since 2011. Two additional CFM ships are under construction.

CroisiEurope started selling to U.S. customers last fall.
