U River Cruises announced three new itineraries for 2020 when it relaunches its original ship, The B.

In April 2020, U's two ships, The A and B, will sail seven-day trips to destinations such as Vienna, Brussels, Dusseldorf, Salzburg, Bratislava and more. New offerings include added overnight stays, complimentary happy hour every night and additional active excursions.

Calling Eastern Europe "hot," CEO Ellen Bettridge said the brand's itineraries are created with "active, social and culturally curious travelers in mind" and offer active and immersive excursions with local hosts and extra overnight stays.

The B was U's first ship and sailed in France. The company took her out of service for 2019 to move her to the more popular waters of Central and Eastern Europe next year.

In 2020, Bettridge said The A will offer the "Vienna Vibe" and "Eastern Europe Escapes" itineraries, while The B will will do "Amsterdam & Brussels Bound" sailings and an updated "Rolling on the Rhine" itinerary.
