Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection upgraded its “River Currents” travel advisor booking tool, adding a waitlist function as well as other improvements designed to save time while generating more sales, the company said.
Besides being able to waitlist clinets with a small deposit, the system now offers a clearer breakdown on savings when a promo codes is entered, including notations on shipboard credits.
The system also offers invoice sending and displays on the exact status of each booking, such as confirmed, paid in full, deposit, released and canceled.
