Aer Lingus will launch the lone route between Indianapolis and Europe next spring.
The Irish carrier will fly from Indianapolis to Dublin four times per week beginning May 3. The route will pause in January and February.
Aer Lingus will operate the flight with an Airbus A321XLR narrowbody, featuring a 16-seat lie-flat business class cabin.
Indianapolis has been without transatlantic service since the pandemic brought an end to Delta's short-lived service to Paris.
Indianapolis is the second new U.S. destination announced by Aer Lingus this month. The airline will also commence Dublin-Nashville service on April 12, operating four times per week.
With the two new routes, Aer Lingus will serve 18 U.S. cities next summer.
