American Airlines is planning a new and larger Admirals Club in Nashville.

Work on the 17,400-square-foot lounge in the airport's Concourse A is targeted to begin next year. It will be nearly three times the size of the existing Nashville Admirals Club in Concourse C, which will remain open during construction of the new club.

American did not offer an estimated completion date for the new club.

The airline said the location will offer views of the airfield, including from outdoor terraces. The club will also have an indoor balcony overlooking the concourse.

Nashville is the third airport this year for which American has announced plans for a new Admirals Club, joining Austin and Chicago O'Hare.

Since 2023, the airline has been opening upgraded Admirals Clubs across its system.
