NEW YORK -- United and On2.com, based here, said they will jointly create a
travel Web site with television-quality videos as well as on-line
booking capabilities.
As part of the new "strategic alliance" between the two
companies, United will take an equity interest in On2.com, the
terms of which were not disclosed.
