U.S. and Saudi Arabia ink open-skies agreement

The U.S. and Saudi Arabia have signed an open-skies deal, which will permit unrestricted air service by the airlines of both countries “between and beyond the other’s territory,” according to the State Department.

The agreement eliminates restrictions on how often airlines fly, the kind of aircraft they use and the prices they charge.
