United Airlines later this year will launch nonstop service between Denver and Panama City, and San Francisco and Tokyo Haneda. The launch of both routes is subject to government approval.

Denver-Panama service is scheduled to start Dec. 3, operating daily through August 2015 and five times a week in September and October.

Daily San Francisco-Haneda service is scheduled to launch Oct. 26.

With the introduction of San Francisco-Haneda service, United will operate once-daily service between San Francisco and Tokyo’s Narita Airport, rather than the twice-daily service currently offered.

United also operates daily service to Tokyo Narita from its hubs in Chicago, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, New York and Washington.

Haneda will be the tenth transpacific destination that United serves nonstop from San Francisco.
