PARSIPPANY, N.J. -- Networld International Inc. here acquired the
assets of Diversified Destination International Inc. (DDI), which
markets meetings and event- planning products and services.
Networld, which promotes foreign destinations, hotels and
airlines to the U.S. meetings and incentive market, acquired DDI's
supplier contracts and databases.
