ATLANTA -- WorldTravel Partners announced the company will change
its name to WorldTravel BTI on Jan. 1.
WorldTravel merged with Business Travel International (BTI) in
1998, with the BTI brand representing the international agencies
within the consortium, and WorldTravel Partners the U.S.-based
agency.
WorldTravel Partners president Danny Hood said the name change
was made because "50% of our client base is global and uses
BTI."
