1 Hotels is taking over the Hotel Vitale in San Francisco,
announcing plans to reflag the property as the 1 Hotel San Francisco by early 2021.
Located near San Francisco’s Embarcadero waterfront, the
hotel will undergo extensive renovations, aligning the property with 1 Hotel’s
sustainable, nature-inspired and locally curated ethos and aesthetic. The hotel is currently part of the Joie de Vivre portfolio.
The hotel’s 200 guestrooms overlook the San Francisco
skyline and Bay Bridge.
Amenities will include farm-to-table restaurants highlighting
fresh, organic ingredients, as well as a full-service spa and fitness center. 1
Hotel San Francisco will also offer a customizable, comprehensive wellness
program.
The hotel will be managed by Starwood Capital’s SH Hotels
& Resorts.
1 Hotels currently has two locations in New York City
(Brooklyn and Manhattan) and one each in Miami, Los Angeles and Sanya, China.
