Anantara Hotels, Resorts & Spas will make its France debut this January when the Anantara Plaza Nice Hotel opens after a two-year renovation.
Housed within a 170-year-old building, the Anantara Plaza Nice is a refresh and reflag of the former Hotel Plaza. The hotel is situated along Nice's boardwalk.
The Anantara will have 151 guestrooms, including 38 suites. Room interiors will showcase pastel hues and marble elements. Many accommodations will have sea-facing terraces and balconies.
A rooftop restaurant will have an adjacent terrace bar. The Anantara Spa will have five treatment rooms, a hammam and a sauna.
The hotel will also have seven meeting rooms and a ballroom.
The Nice hotel joins a small but growing collection of European properties, joining hotels in Italy, Ireland, Hungary, Portugal, Spain and the Netherlands.
