Auberge Resorts, which late last year said it would expand internationally after receiving an equity investment, hired former KSL Resorts executive Claude Brock as its CFO. The closely held company also brought in former Marriott International executive Alison Cumberland as its chief development officer.
Last December, the company said it received a "strategic investment" from Houston-based Friedkin Capital Partners, and while financial terms of the agreement weren't disclosed, Friedkin Capital Partners principal Dan Friedkin took over as Auberge Resorts' chairman of the board. Later that month, Auberge hired former Four Seasons executive Craig T. Reid as its new CEO.
Auberge Resorts' properties include Northern California's Auberge du Soleil and Calistoga Ranch as well as Colorado's Hotel Jerome.
