Bulgari Hotels & Resorts plans to make its U.S. debut in 2024 with the opening of the Bulgari Hotel Miami Beach.

The waterfront property, located adjacent to the Setai Miami Beach at 100 21st Street, will have proximity to both the beach and the bustling Miami Beach scene.

Previously, the site was home to budget property the Seagull Hotel Miami Beach. Originally built in the 1950s, the site's existing building will undergo a full restoration and revamp, led by Italy-based architectural firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel.

Once completed, the hotel will have 100 guestrooms, the majority of which will be suites. Amenities will include a pool, spa, fitness facilities and a restaurant and bar concept helmed by Italian chef Niko Romito.

The Miami Beach location is set to be the 11th property for Bulgari Hotels & Resorts, but its first in the States. It has locations in Milan, London, Dubai, Bali, Beijing and Shanghai, as well as upcoming openings slated for Paris, Rome, Moscow and Tokyo in 2021, 2022 and 2023.

The Bulgari Hotels & Resorts concept is a joint venture between Marriott International and LVMH-owned luxury jeweler Bulgari.
