Universal Orlando Resort's new Universal's Endless Summer Resort is now fully up and running, with the complex's Dockside Inn and Suites hotel opening earlier this week.
The Dockside Inn and Suites joins sister property Surfside Inn and Suites, which made its debut as part of the Universal's Endless Summer Resort project in June 2019.
The 750-room Surfside Inn and Suites and 2,050-room Dockside Inn and Suites are the seventh and eighth properties to join Universal Orlando Resort, respectively, and are its first value-category offerings. Rates at the Dockside Inn and Suites start at $77 per night.
Notably, more than half the accommodations at the Dockside and Surfside properties are two-bedroom suites, which can sleep up to six and include a kitchenette. Rates for a two-bedroom suite at the Dockside, for example, start at $115 per night.
Amenities at Universal's Endless Summer Resort include all-day dining venue Pier 8 Market, specialty cocktail bar Sunset Lounge, two pools and two pool bars, a lobby bar and a Starbucks.
Guests at both resort hotels are also eligible to take advantage of various theme park-related benefits at Universal Studios Florida, Universal's Islands of Adventure and Universal's Volcano Bay, including early park admission and complimentary shuttle bus transportation.
