DoubleTree by Hilton has reflagged the Renaissance Houston Greenway Plaza. The hotel will get a $15 million renovation, starting this summer.
The hotel, which was built in 1975, has 388 guestrooms as well as more than 26,000 square feet of meeting space. Aimbridge Hospitality manages the property.
With the reflagging, DoubleTree has five hotels in the Houston area.
