Dream Hotel Group expects to open its first hotel in Mexico in
2021, partnering with Cosmopolitan Group to bring the Dream brand to Valle de
Guadalupe in Baja California.
The project is located along Mexico's Ruta del Vino and will span 35 acres, including a vineyard. The property is being
designed by Mexican architect Tatiana Bilbao and will comprise 61 guest rooms
and villas, as well as a luxury spa and wellness center and meeting and event
space.
The hotel will house three dining and nightlife venues,
including a signature restaurant helmed by a yet-to-be-announced celebrity
chef. A private tasting room and pool bar are in the plans, too.
